June '94, Eric Prissette - the former professional footballer bought a property in Bordeaux. This consisted of a traditional stone house surrounded by vines in the heart of the Saint-Emilion appellation. The vineyard, attentively tended by its new owner, quickly grew and was renamed Rol Valentin. Prissette has always attached great importance to producing the most magnificent, flamboyant, and concentrated wines possible.
